Welcome to your home away from home with an ocean view! Ours is a 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom, two story, ocean front condo located on the dunes, just steps down the path to your own private beach! Enjoy sunsets, sea life and white water surf from the family room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

We have worked hard to make this property a comforting welcome to the beach with technical conveniences, including keyless entry, smart TV's in all rooms, and a Google Home device for music or information on demand in the kitchen. We also now feature Starlink satellite service for high speed internet access! A visit to the beach no longer has to make a visit to the internet difficult!

Bedrooms invite you to relax on memory foam mattresses and remodeled bathrooms boast modern amenities with natural stone and Italian porcelain tile, an in-wall toilet, rain shower-head and barn door entry.

The living room touts a wall-mounted flat screen TV and service throughout the house includes streaming media players with access to Netflix, Pandora, HULU, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and other popular services, with standard TV service provided by YouTubeTV.

The downstairs bedroom sports a unique surprise for the kids and kids-at-heart with a cocktail-style arcade cabinet, featuring Pac-Man and 59 other digital distractions you might remember from the dawn of the video game era. Our fully stocked kitchen provides you with the essentials you need to get any meal on the table and the courtyard offers picnic seating with a grill for barbecuing (grilling supplies included!).

Location is a 10+
We loved our stay at this property. The location is outstanding and the condo was perfect for our family. Three bedroom and three bathrooms, decent size kitchen. Wish we had more time to take advantage of the hot tub and tennis courts. We also appreciate the use of the garage since we had E-Bikes and didn't want to leave them on the bike rack, although the development seems extremely secure. The only disappointment was the microwave oven didn't work and the carpets need to be replaced. All in all it was an outstanding stay and we can highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your special home!!

Stunning ocean view property, stay here!
This property has absolutely amazing views. The owners were lovely and communicated so well during the booking process. The house was super clean and has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom supplies (towels, paper, etc). The neighborhood was super quiet (we went in December) and the location of the house is perfect and at the end so cuts down on the traffic. This is a perfect place to stay if you're looking for a quiet adult getaway where you enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. Master bedroom has a huge picture window view of water. The water seemed rough the entire weekend so I personally wouldn't go in the water. We took a quick day trip in to Monterey and was easy to get to town but then escape back to the quiet beach. It was exactly what we were looking for and will stay here again.

Nice place but somewhat dated
Very relaxing with lots of space. View of the beach and ocean is spectacular. The non-functional fire place was not disclosed in the booking literature. Lots of kitchen utensils for various uses was a plus. Overall my wife and I had a very nice experience.
