Within the historic Villa Montale, an elegant nineteenth-century residence that was the home of the poet Eugenio Montale, Nobel Prize winner for Literature, the I Limoni Apartment offers a rare and refined stay experience. Immersed in the tranquillity of a panoramic hill in Fegina, in the western part of Monterosso al Mare, this apartment combines the charm of history with modern comfort, creating a timeless atmosphere.



The location is ideal: a few steps from the beaches of Fegina, with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding park, perfect for exploring Monterosso and the Cinque Terre with tranquillity. All environments are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort in every season.



The interiors preserve the noble elegance of the 19th century, with original frescoes, Genoese mosaic floors and carefully curated furnishings. The apartment has five bedrooms, each with its own chromatic and stylistic identity: four double rooms and one double room with a single sofa bed. Some rooms overlook the sea, others the lush green of the garden.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and washing machine, while the three modern bathrooms with shower offer comfort and functionality. Stable Wi-Fi and paid private parking are available, a rare added value in Monterosso.



Guests have access to a private garden, ideal for moments of relaxation in a context of great privacy. As with all villas and prestigious properties managed by Cinque Terre Riviera, upon arrival a welcome basket with typical local products is offered, along with a welcome breakfast for the first day, to start the stay in the most authentic way.



Upon request, it is possible to organise personalised services, such as private chef, cooking classes, boat trips, exclusive tours and transfers to and from airports or stations.



Domestic pets



Small dogs are permitted, with a supplement and in compliance with the property rules. They must be kept on a leash in common areas and are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs.



Property Rules and Important Information



Assisted check-in is available until 10:00 PM. Arrivals between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM incur a supplement of €50, while between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM the supplement is €100. Check-ins are not accepted after 10:00 PM.

No parties or events are allowed without prior authorisation. Hanging laundry on front or side windows or balconies is not permitted, and guests are asked to respect their assigned parking space.



During the Christmas and New Year's holidays (as well as in other periods of the year) large celebrations are not permitted; only families are accepted, not groups of young people.

The stay includes high-quality essential amenities, professional cleaning, attention to sustainability and the support of the concierge office in Vernazza, open from 9:30 to 18:30 from mid-March to early November.
