In the countryside of Monterotondo Marittimo, not far from the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica, lies this beautiful vacation home with private pool and large garden, completely fenced. The two-story house has on the first floor a large living room with piano, a large kitchen and a bathroom. The upper floor is accessible from the inside via a spiral staircase as well as via an outside staircase. Three bedrooms, one with private bathroom and a third bathroom. The living room leads to the large veranda overlooking the garden for moments of conviviality and relaxation. Thanks to the position of the house you can quickly reach the most famous resorts of the coast of Grosseto: Follonica 24 km, Punta Ala 46 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 48 km, but also from Livorno: San Vincenzo 28 km, the Gulf of Baratti 29 km, separated from the promontory of Piombino, 33 km, from where boats leave for the island of Elba and the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago. Other destinations for those who love old villages are: Campiglia Marittima 19 km, Populonia 31 km, Suvereto only 9 km. You can explore the surroundings of the house on foot or by bike. This is the ideal house to experience the liveliness of the seaside resorts and the tranquility of the countryside.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, denn das Haus liegt ganz alleine. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und bekamen einen riesigen Korb mit toskanischen Leckereien, frischem Obst und Gemüse. Das Grundstück ist groß mit verschiedenen Sportangeboten. Ein schöner Pool zum Abkühlen. Überall im Haus sind hochwertige Mückennetze vor den Fenstern. Leider konnte man kein deutsches TV empfangen. Kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Sogar ein Damenfahrrad angeschafft.

La maison de San Vito tient toutes ses promesses : calme, proche de la mer, parfaitement bien équipée pour 8 personnes. L’accueil était parfait et nos hôtes étaient très attentifs à nos demandes. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines avec un mois d’août bien chaud, nous nous sommes régalé. Repos, rafraîchissement dans la piscine, activité et jeux multiples (table de ping pong, fléchettes, jeux de societé) et sorties à la plage ou dans des sites d’intérêt touristiques dont la Toscane regorge.
