Negative. No security or personnel at night. Rooms are deteriorated. Curtains are translucent and lack light blockage. Room cleaning was a skipped 66% of the times. Bathroom lacks privacy. Lacks proper acoustic insulation. Access from rooms to parking lot must use stairs. Common areas are deteriorated. Positive. Great location. Bed is confortable. A/C works very well. Restaurant food and service is good.

The room was unfortunately not properly cleaned (floor stains), smelled of very harsh cleaning products upon arrival. The hotel’s condition has deteriorated significantly since my last stay in 2021. For example, the shower tiles needed to be re-grouted, the glass door hinge for the toilet room should be re-installed/checked, and the ac was leaking onto the seating area underneath. There was also about two feet of flooring baseboard missing upon entering the room. The closets dont have hangers yet there’s hanging space… having said all this, the service / people that work there are great!!! The location is also nice!!!

The place does not have good service. I arrived 6pm and the room wasnt ready. I had a meeting to attend at 7:30pm and only have one hour to freshenup. The staff didn’t care, nor offered compensation or anything. De real guest had the same problem

This Hotel is perfect if you want to sleep at night and spend the whole day in the city. If you're looking for a place to stay and relax, this is not recommended.

This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel…. More like a 2 star hotel if anything. The location is prime but the hotel is very outdated. The room didn’t have a closet, it was the open cabinet in the bathroom with no hangers. The reception area was ghetto. The staff was friendly. For the price, i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here

I liked the location, it was walking distance from everything that’s convincingly to someone traveling alone. My room had a bad Oder I let the front desk know to check it and when I came back the Oder was less but still there. I was uncomfortable because of the Oder but after a while I just felt with it since my stay was short.

El hotel el terrible. Nada que ver con las fotos. Las sillas están rotas, las camas desportilladas, sábanas sucias, humedad en las paredes y en la ducha y ni siquiera hay jabón en la ducha. La puerta del baño ni cerraba. Las pasillos están deteriorados y la recepción parece un hostal. La verdad muy malo el hotel. Me tocó salirme después de la primera noche y perder la plata ya que tampoco accedieron a hacer una devolución parcial por las malas condiciones. No lo recomiendo ni cinco.
