First room they assigned, was used and dirty. I asked for a change, second room assigned had not been used and was dusty. Door in second room would not close properly. In the morning they went knocking on our door asking us to check out

Hard to give a rating. No heat or AC. Luckily temperatures were between 40-70 so not so bad. Can't say how it would have been had it been hotter or colder. Had an elevator, but didn't work. Was on the second floor so not too bad of a walk. Was clean, hot water was good. Only wifi on main floor. Second floor had router but didn't work. But price was very low so you get what you pay for. Door said they accept credit, but told me they only take cash. Overall the stay wasn't bad for what I paid.

Está muy sencillo las sábanas muy viejas es para pasar la noche si no tienes más opciones el precio es decente no es baratísimo pero si una opción económica , la habitación solo tenía ventilador en caso de viajar en tiempo de calor tómalo en cuenta

El lugar no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con lo que muestran en la publicación. Desde que llegué la zona se sentía insegura y el hotel daba miedo. Hice el check-in y subí al cuarto esperando que al menos la habitación estuviera en mejores condiciones, pero fue todo lo contrario: el cuarto estaba sucio, viejo, descuidado y en muy malas condiciones. Intenté cancelar inmediatamente al ver el estado del lugar, pero en recepción me dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que solo se podía cancelar si la aplicación lo permitía. Al final apenas estuve alrededor de dos horas en el hotel y decidí irme porque no me sentía cómodo ni seguro quedándome ahí. Tuve que cambiarme de hotel esa misma noche y perdí el dinero de las cuatro noches que había reservado. Fue una experiencia muy mala, tanto con el lugar como con Hotels.com, ya que no hubo ninguna solución ni apoyo ante una situación tan evidente. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable.
