Carpet is old, dirty and smells, the shower would take life to drain, staff wasn’t very helpful and since they host parties such as weddings and XVs you can hear the music through the balcony door until late. Due to this as well, parking was always full so we had to park in the lowest level which could only be reached by stairs, no elevator available there. We paid extra to get a superior room with a balcony and got a unit with a roof view, so not worth the extra cost. Overall we wouldn’t bother staying here again.

The reception staff are not welcoming in the least —borderline rude. The men’s side of the fitness area is absolutely disgusting —it had a rotten smell that was unbearable; the steam room did not work, the sauna barely does, towels are rare or nonexistent, no one to hand out the keys to the lockers. The rooms are nice but the hotel does not offer even ONE bottle of water when one arrives. This place is in desperate need of a MAJOR overhaul. I’d give it three stars and that is being overly generous!

I ve stayed many times because price is very competitive for all available amenities. Favorites , its Location, Restaurants (Breakfast buffet is AWESOME) and pool. Not favorite Front desk service , it is understaffed for its old fashioned check in process. In summary, I fully recommend this hotel
