Bright apartment recently renovated and modernized. It has an entrance on a living room / kitchen area with fireplace and air conditioning.
Tv bluray / cd players are available to guests.
There are 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of installing a child's travel bed (On request and free) and a room with bunk beds.
Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning system and independent heating.
At the house's service there are 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which with a washing machine.

The apartment is located in Taverna di Monte Colombo, a pretty village at the foot of the Romagna hills. Nearby you can find ample public parking, a children's playground, a medical clinic, a fountain with drinking water, a well-stocked supermarket a few kilometers from the center, as well as various commercial activities along the main street.

The house is on two floors:
- lower floor with kitchen (equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and espresso machine) 1 bathroom and a room with bunk beds.
- upper floor with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Upon arrival both bed linen and towels will be provided.

CAR

There is no garage or private parking. Car loading and unloading is permitted but parking is provided in the public car park 50 meters from the house, where there is also a public area for children with swings, slide and other games.

The apartment is located in Taverna di Monte Colombo, a small village at the foot of the beautiful Romagna hills just a few minutes from the coast and the main destinations of interest:

- Gradara: 22 km
- Urbino: 39 km

The apartment is located close to the park of the basin that can be traveled on both mountain bikes and on foot, suitable for both professional sportsmen and those who simply want to spend a few hours immersed in nature.

SEA AND BEACHES >>>> the best beaches can be found at a distance of 15-20 km in about 20 minutes. You can spend your day at the sea in the equipped bathrooms of Riccione, Misano Adriatico and Cattolica.
