A limpeza pecou um pouco, havia fios de cabelos nos ralos da pia e chuveiro, bem como no lençol da cama, com algumas sujeiras. Abaixo da cama estava muito sujo. Percebi quando precisei pegar meu tênis que foi para baixo. O vaso sanitário tinha marcas de fezes. E estava com problema hidráulico, o tempo inteiro pingando. Wifi muito ruim. Falhando constantemente.

Equipe muito prestativa. Ótima localização, fica próximo a avenida 18 de maio. Prédio meio antigo, quatto pequeno, c pouca luz natural, limpeza deixou muito a desejar, banheiro c cortina de pano q molhava muito fora do box e o serviço de quarto não secava. Camas c bastante pó em baixo. Cama bem confortável.

El personal de recepción es muy amable y pacientes, me ayudaron en todo lo que necesite, incluso se aseguraron de que no llegara tarde al aeropuerto, fueron muy amables. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, me gustó la cama y eso es difícil cuando viajas.

Não havia copos ou bebidas no frigobar, nem sequer garrafa de água mineral. O café da manhã era bastante artificial e escasso, somente 2 tipos de pães e mais nada. E no único dia que serviram salada de frutas, era enlatada. Os funcionários eram simpáticos.
