My wife and daughter found dead roaches on the bed they were sleeping on, like the sheets and bedding hadn’t been washed and/or replaced in a while. It was late after 10pm when we got in and left before 530am. I did inform the front desk of the issue and all she asked about was the room number we were in.

Property was nice clean , very quiet. The only issue I had was I booked a King size bedroom that is what I got nice comfy room until our toilet must have an issue prior because every time we flushed the toilet water was everywhere on the floor. Went to the front desk they were unable to place me another King size bedroom as none were available. But I was placed in another room a door down from my original room which was nice but I still would have preferred my king size room I paid for! Other than that hotel was clean rooms were clean.. Nice stay!

Anniversary trip

We love staying at Candlewood. The hotel is quiet, in a great location, had just been newly renovated, they have one of the few beds that are more comfortable than ours, love their walk-in showers, staff was friendly, and they are also a pet friendly hotel.
