Central heat and air, tankless hot water, jetted soaking tub, electric fireplace adds to the comfort factor. Real hard wood floors, ceramic tile and tasteful faux finishes combine into something greater than the sum of its parts, making you not want to ever leave. The secondary sleep area is located in the living room; full-size pull down murphy bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress.
