Everything was great but what stands out at this hotel is the staff!!! This is my third stay and my mind was blown again by them! Everyone and I mean everyone smiles, makes eye contact and speaks to us! Front desk, maintenance, maid service and breakfast lady! It’s like staying in a Chic Fil A!!! I was traveling with my service dog and the desk clerk teller at me across the room that I could not have her in the breakfast area. I travel all over with her and that has never been a problem. She told me this was a hotel not a restaurant and the rules were different. I am totally unaware of that and really didn’t appreciate her yelling at me in front of others in the eating area.
