Room was great new and clean. The heat didn’t work!! Didn’t realize until 2:20AM. Reported around 04:30 AM. Very cold even though thermostat said 75 degrees. Keys did not work requiring a return to front desk. No guidance on Free Wi Fi. On check in. On the 04:30 call to front desk front desk agent was confused and gave conflicting directions. I figured it out as a Hilton Honors member !! No paper or writing pen/pencil in room to get directions. Only ONE coffee cup for use with kerig type pot. Two guests man and spouse!! TV controller very confusing. Some directions would help. Only one elevator worked. Checkout agents very concerned and had me write out concerns and maintenance man went directly to room. Room 312.

Worst Garden Inn I have stayed at. Cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen. The room door was busted up and peeling. Just didn't feel clean. Front desk wasnt friendly at all

It a shame how the same Hilton Haren hotels jus 5 mile away from each are totally different. The staff was nice but a lot of thing were not good. The Microwave didn't work, the body wash and shampoo was empty, i couldn't use my digital key and when i asked about it different staff gave me the same answer ( it works when it wants to.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff was courteous. My only complaint was that the lobby coffee wasn't ready at 6 a.m. My significant other can't operate without her morning dose, and the in-room coffee didn't cut it for her.
