Good but...

The customers service was friendly and had no problems. However, the first room was on the 3rd floor and as I opened the room door and turned on the lights, it was roaches started scattering on the counter. I made a u turn and went to guest service to inform them. The customer service representative stated "was it a big roach or a small roach". Then, he started to explain to me the different between a big roach and a small roach. I said a roach is a roach! The second room we switched too, had ants in the bathroom by the tub on the floor. Can't win for losing. Just make sure you check the hotel rooms throughly before staying.

The hotel is in a nice area. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, room was clean. The room was very small but everything was compactly laid out. The hair dryer in my room did not work. Everything else was fine. I stayed one night while on a longer drive and was happy with my stay. I rated 4 stars because of the size of the room and the hairdryer not working Otherwise it was worth a 5.

This place stands alone, so you have to drive to grab dinner or anything. The walls are so thin that it sounded as though someone was breaking into my room when they were getting into their own. I needed assistance at check out and no one could be found to help. I waited 10 minutes, called the hotel, wrote a note, and finally just left.

Everything about this property was more than I expected. Customer service was excellent. Easy checking in with no problems. Friendly smiles and willing to assist you if needed. My mom and I we're in a handicap room. The handicap bathroom was big and spacious for my mom to take wheelchair in and take a shower. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I have any complaints about this hotel. This will be my place to stay when my mom and I come back to Montgomery ALa.

I stay here when traveling thru Montgomery about once a month. I always feel safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. The rooms are great. The location is out of the way, but within quick access to restaurants & shops. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast options are pretty standard. Everything feels neat and clean. They are in the midst of renovating, but it hasn’t impacted my stay.
