Not sure of this hotel’s rating but it sure seemed like a 5 star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was first class from the beginning to the end our valet Renay helped us load our car she was very friendly.

Had such a good stay, everyone from the front desk staff, food service, room service were very nice. The rooms were super clean, spacious and we loved the wall TV. Great stay, the food is fantastic, so good. I would definitely go back.

Out stay is always nice. Staff is polite. Atmosphere is great! Never have an issue. One thing I will say this time, the room had a bad odor as if someone had used the restroom right before checked in our room.

Our stay was great. We use to stay more but now there are no discounts or Free rooms. Tell your bosses that people do stay and spend so free rooms actually help the property. Silver Star does it and so that's why I drive there. Prefer your hotel but just too expensive. I would rather play with my money

Did not care for the staff handling valet parking, I ended up parking my own car. The check in staff was polite and friendly but had some issues with name on reservation which seemed a little over done and time consuming for a simple fix. Bellman was polite and friendly; however, did forget to bring up luggage, had to go get. Poolside bartender and service waitress were AWESOME and best part of our stay.
