Detached house on 2 levels. Access by an external stone staircase (10 steps). On the 1st floor: living room, kitchen with access to balcony-terrace, bathroom (shower), toilet, laundry room. On the 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm), bathroom (bathtub), toilet. Unfenced land, balcony-terrace. Wood provided for a first fire only. Private parking in front of the house or free in the municipal car park in front of the house. Perched on the hill, Monthion is a small town located at the foot of the Grand Arc massif, overlooking the Combe de Savoie. It offers a clear view of the Bauges massif, and a rural setting surrounded by forests, while being a few kilometers from the city center of Albertville (7 km). Ideal location therefore to explore the pedestrian or cycle paths, at the crossroads of the valleys.
