Went to road house right next to hotel. Very convenient and easy walk. Staff - he was not very helpful and acted like he did not want to be there. I asked for food recommendations and he pointed out of the 41 only three . I did not take his recommendation . The only thing he told me was what time breakfast was. Room was clean .

Very satisfied, booked a poolside room and received a road side room, the young man at the customer service desk rectified the problem in a flash and was very nice about it. Great breakfast to get us on the road. Room was very clean and property was nice and quiet. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Very disappointed with our stay. One of our rooms had no hot water, a non-working dryer, and partially working lights. We reported the issues to the front desk, and were told someone would come between 9–10 AM. Nobody showed up, and we had to leave by 10. There was no manager available to speak to at night or the next morning. We had to use our other room just to shower and dry clothes/hair. This caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort, especially in rainy weather. Poor maintenance and a complete lack of urgency or accountability from staff. Absolutely not the experience we paid for or expected. Would not recommend staying here unless these issues are seriously addressed.

We travel between Hamilton, Ontario and Truro N. S. often to visit our daughter. Montmagny is about half way and the Days Inn by Wyndham has been our go to hotel when we stop for the night. Clean facilities, nice staff, good breakfast with lots of options and sizeable, well kept yard for us to walk the dog. Very happy with this hotel.
