Bonjour Madame, J'étais occupée avec une cliente lorsque vous avez sonné. Désolé , je n'ai pas entendu. Après quoi vous m'avez téléphoné pour me demander votre numéro de réservation, je suis donc allé vérifier, je vous ai rappelé pour confirmer votre réservation dans mon établissement, alors que vous étiez devant le portail. Il suffisait de me demander d'ouvrir.... Ensuite, d’après les échanges que nous avons eu, jusqu’à votre départ le lendemain, il me semblait que vous étiez satisfaite. J'ai eu le plaisir de vous recevoir. Cordialement
