Juste bon a faire du fric
Ce n est pas un loft ou tous les locataires (des 5 chambres) ont acces a toutes les pièces du logement, il s'agit du logement du propriétaire qui rentabilise 5 chambres ( pas accès cuisine, salon terrasse...juste bon a partager une mini salle de bain et un wc commun avec le propriétaire. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos de l annonce..la réalité est toute autre... parlons pas de la propreté qui est déplorable...salle de bain wc... (cheveux, poils, moisissures, vasque noire qui est blanche de crasse et dentifrice de toutes personnes, poussière sur les meubles, tablettes,...) Le linge de lit est vieillot et mis vite fait sur le lit, de même pour les serviettes de toilettes. Malgrè tout le matelas était confortable. Les finitions du logement laissent à désirer... prise et branchement electrique (fils apparents) parquets, peintures...Pas de verrou pour la salle de bain et wc.. Ne parlons pas également du bruit... quand un locataire rentre à 00h30 et qu il prend une douche... tout le monde en profite... pas de savoir vivre... La seule chose positive : la proximité du centre ville. Parking relativement facile pour trouver une place ds la rue.. a noter que le stationnement est payant.
