No room if you are late! :(

I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. Nevermind... ridiculous.) Dear Hotel Le Terral, use my money wisely.

Good Value.

Hotel was easy to access from tram. Try to arrive in the daytime, because the hotel is a little hidden from the roadway. Obvious in the daylight, harder to find in night. Shopping nearby. Easy to self cater. Not many restaurants nearby. Good value.

L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© correct. Les horaires de la rĂ©ception sont trop limitĂ©s. La chambre Ă©tait sale. Pas de papier hygiĂ©nique, pas de savon, poubelle non vidĂ©e, couverts gras, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur sale. Odeur nausĂ©abonde les couloirs et dans la chambre. Je trouve que c’est irrespectueux pour les clients qui s’attendent Ă  entrer dans un propre.
