Nabil was great. The hotel itself was super clean and in a great location, a short walk away from the metro and shops. Jacuzzi was closed (maybe due to rain or something not sure) so we were a bit disappointed but other than that the spa and sauna was such a fun time. We will 100% be back!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was impeccably clean and well designed. Most of it is self serve which made it feel like home. The lobby was always fully stocked with snacks and great coffee and espresso, and the manager was always close by if you needed anything. The rooms had literally everything you need: fully stocked kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, pots/pans, washer/dryer, dish-ware, fridge/freezer, ice, you name it. As a bonus, the entire facility was minimal waste and very eco-conscious. We can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and public areas were clean, comfortable and had good amenities. The area has lots to offer within walking distance, without it being loud and bustling, and with 2 metro stations close by it is really accessible to get around the city. Would absolutely stay here again.
