The hotel is perfectly located in the city. Very close to restaurants and attractions. We walked to most places, but public transit is also easily accessible. The AC in our room was not great. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was good, nothing too special. Staff was very friendly and could speak perfect English. We would book here again, especially for the location.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms could use some improvement, especially the furniture and lighting. Overall it was a nice place. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

Great location for a stay in downtown Montreal. Property clean and comfortable and had a good breakfast included. Close to Subway and buses. Excellent reiclose by highly recommend Beatrice(Italian). Parking is off site about 0.5 km but does offer valet service. Started on the bottom floor which did feel a little damp. Needed to keep AC on to keep room dry. No elevators. Overall a good hotel at a reasonable price.

Cute property. I booked two rooms, paid the same price, however one room was much bigger than the other. The bathrooms did lack ventilation which, when showered, would make the room feel very moist and gross. Additionally, breakfast was not satisfactory. It seems that everything came out of a can/box, the options were limited and there was no variety to accommodate dietary restrictions. Overall, good hotel but not worth the $$.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The photos and description on the website were very misleading — the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised. The space was small, outdated, and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star property. The air conditioning took hours to cool the room, which was frustrating, especially after a long day. There was also a strange odor in the room that made the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was the only redeeming aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the lack of quality and comfort in the accommodation. I would not choose to stay here again.
