Expedia did not uphold their part on fighting to get some of my money back from booking through them and my shower had hair in the drain and ants all on the floor. Which completely grossed me out. Expedia offered a $25 credit on a key card which means in order to use the $25 I have to book through them again after this experience. I was very displeased with how this manor was handled. After spending $147 I didn’t ask for all of my money I asked for partial being as though I was disgusted and could not shower. Yes the hotel offered another room to shower in but this cleanliness issue should’ve never happened in the first place. I just wanted to leave at that point. I will never book through Expedia again. Flights or hotel they will not fight for you and please read the fine print before booking. THEY DONT CARE about the customer they care about the money the customer spends on booking through them.

Our short stay at this Comfort Inn was adequate. We did not expect luxury for the price, our stay was comfortable and really close to YUL. Did not appreciate not having an elevator though, quite the workout carrying a family of four suitcases and bags. Beds were really comfortable.

The only issie i have with the hotel is there is no elevator and we were coming from a 2 month trip away with lots of luggage so ask for ground floor if this is the case for you.

Convenient for the closeness to the airport, however the shuttle for the hotel wasn’t available so we had to wait for a cab. The rooms are decently clean but the showers were covered in mould.

Unpleasant breakfast experience

The complementary breakfast was supervised by a lady who walked with us to grab cups and plates for us without asking, and watch us closely on what food we are taking, which was really annoying. We booked two rooms, one of them was in very poor condition with mouldy smell. They allocated another room for us upon our request. The cleaning was average. On the second day we chose to have our breakfast elsewhere.
