We really enjoyed our stay! we came for osheaga and the hotel was very conveniently located near multiple metro stops, a shopping quarter and a lot of bars/restaurants open late. the facilities itself were good. nothing top tier but all around solid. the breakfast included was a big bonus!

The location is great if you want to be downtown. Walkable to the Bell Centre and Metro. No parking on-site. The hotel is not new and definitely could use updates. Overall the price was lower than other options in that area so you get what you pay for.

Had a really nice hotel clerk named Yogesh. Very easy to communicate with, seemed happy to be there even when it was 4 in the morning. Made the stay that much better!

Disgusting room. The carpet is literally wet and moldy. There is a musty smell in the room. The pullout bed has literal mold on it. The sheets given have mice bites and holes. And tearing of strips. The blanket provided has bleach stains all over it. I paid almost $300 a night! I expected a nice room, this room was soooo terrible that I wouldn’t even want to come to this city again much less this hotel!

Dated rooms. Noisy AC and a lot of noise from street. Elevators are small and very slow. We requested extra bedsheets and never received them. The breakfast room is kind of small for so many guests and breakfast is ok. One of the guests staying in a room very close to ours mentioned his room had bed bugs. So that was very concerning
