The property was good but there are couple of things which were disappointing : 1) The bed in the room was very uncomfortable and not firm, I mean when one person is changing sides the whole bed was shaking bcoz the beds was not firm and made up of coils. That was very disturbing for me & my good night sleep. 2) The other thing I notice while have breakfast the other morning - the only attendant who was there to keep the tab of everyone and was also making sure that every dish in the breakfast buffet is refilled timely, she was also responsible for empty the trash bins timely and one time I saw her NOT WASHING / SANITIZING her hands before she directly took the tray from other hotel staff who was there to refill the bread. This was an hygiene issue and hotel staff should keep this basic hygiene things in mind before they handle food related things.

Wonderfully located for walking to many of Montréal’s main attractions. Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, competent, and accommodating ( especially Snir at the front desk!). Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Our familiy had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very welcoming. It's well set up to accomodate families like us with younger child. Gym is well equiped. My child loved the swimming pool. Location is convenient. It's clean and comfortable with sound proofed walls. We would definately recommend to anyone and would stay here again.
