Rooms were very clean. Although, I’d not recommend staying here since there’s no room service available as well as no pool/hot tub. They charged 350$ a night for a standard 2 queen bed which is way more expensive than the other premium hotels. Overall, way too expensive, no room service, not in downtown montreal (10-15 minute walk to downtown)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located - 2 blocks from a metro station, a few more blocks from a street with many restaurants. All of the hotel staff were excellent, especially Jamar at the front desk. Comfortable bed, well-equipped fitness center. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, with enough healthy options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was a plus and the staff was friendly & helpful. The only suggestion we have is to be sure the website is updated. There was only valet parking or at a location that was a 5-6 minute walk away.

We went on a weekend family trip and reserved a suite for three. However, the room didn’t resemble a suite at all. During our stay, it was never cleaned, and we ran out of towels. The breakfast was poor, with very limited options. On the positive side, the staff at the reception was very nice. However, on our second day, we asked for a cappuccino at the bar while having breakfast and the lady refused to make it, directing us instead to the self-service coffee station. I don’t believe a cappuccino is too much to ask for when you pay $250 per night. With all options Montreal has, I believe you can find better.
