The room was tiny, 250’square feet for1200 for 3 days, insane. The minibar wasn’t available unless I wanted to rent it for 25 dollars a day. The staff was ok, but acted like they were doing my a favour. Worst fairmont ever. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The bar was closed. for two days, (Sunday,Monday). My girlfriends and I wanted an afternoon drink there was nothing available. There restaurant was closed from brunch to lunch and we couldn't get a table. We wanted a small snack and there was nothing available. When you are traveling there needs to be something open t all times for guests to eat and drink. The staff at the restaurant we not very accommodating nor polite for stranded guests. We ended up getting drinks for ourselves and taking them into their store for a quick lunch beverage. No where to sit other than going up to our rooms and drinking on our beds. Traveler's need access to food and drink at all times This hotel with its lovely name is becoming a second rate hotel. Rooms were very dated. It made me think they were finical trouble. Won't stay there again.
