Great continental breakfast! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is baby friendly (we got a suite) and the location is convenient to a lot downtown. A small tent city is near by but the folks keep to themselves and we never felt unsafe with our little one. Suite was great - clean, spacious, some street noise but it wasn’t really much of an issue. A really great spot for a small family. Will probably stay here again!!

The staff was great, the room was really nice,loved the breakfast and robust coffee kept fresh all day long, I felt secure and safe. The only thing I didn't like and I don't know how you could improve is the sound of the traffic outside all day and all night was a not so great surprise. It was really too loud.

Love this hotel and its location. Very easy access to old town and sites. Our room was over the top beautiful and the balcony and view were amazing. Could not believe we had a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Only drawback was the underwhelming breakfast.

The room was nice, the kitchen was adequately stocked, the balcony was nice. The property is located 1/2 block away from a homeless camp and a fire station which was very active. Sirens could be heard frequently.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good, although the options were somewhat limited. The only concern was the daily room service — we did not receive it regularly, and I had to call to request new and dry towels. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. However, it’s worth noting that there is a shelter for homeless individuals located nearby, which may be important for some guests to know.
