This is my go-to hotel when I visit Montreal. It is reasonably priced and not too far from shopping. My only qualm is the tight parking quarters. Nevertheless, I'll still be a customer!

Hello Me and my family checked into your hotel on 22 March. We were allocated rooms 103/104. We noted that the AC or heating was not working at all. We asked front desk for assistance, they offered another room (109) but there too the AC and heating wasn't working. In the end, they offered us two fans to sleep through the night and said they had turned on the emergency switch on so that AC works, but it didn't help. We have a 6 months old baby and it was very difficult for us and the baby to sleep through the night. Imagine driving continuously and you want to sleep through the tiredness but these things create a major inconvenience. I would like to take immediate action and offer me a room rent discount to compensate me for the inconvenience. I hope to resolve this issue sooner.
