Dated interior - but comfortable bed. Super disgusting scene right outside our window - trash and rotting food. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Felt more like 2 stars.

Allez ailleurs. HÎtel bruyant, la propreté de notre chambre laissait à désirer, la musique du restaurant sous notre chambre a fait vibrer le plancher de notre chambre jusqu'au 23h15, le petit déjeuner est catastrophique: de la vaisselle en plastique jetable pour de la nourriture de dépanneur dans des emballages indidivudelles : rien à la hauteur d un hotel à ce prix là. Et des photos mensongÚres sur le site web pour le petit déjeuner. Toilettes de chambre bouchées qui plus est. Je n ai jamais connu pire à Montréal.

The room was perfect, clean and spacious, design was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Dislike I would have to say staff at reception, not sure if this was just a coincident but staff at reception desk were dressed very casually and wearing a baseball cap, looked more like a guess than staff. But hotel had a boutique feeling and was very nice, would stay there again.

HÎtel bien situé, avec décor sympa et ayant un certain cachet. Utilisation intense de parfums d'ambiance pour camouffler des odeurs d'égout dans les chambres. Petits déjeuners n'ayant rien avoir avec ce que le site web propose : vaisselle et ustensiles jetables, sélection de fruits trÚs limitée, viennoiseries écoulées aprÚs 8 am, pain commercial bas de gamme, café du costco. Personnel inapte à régler les problÚmes de chambre ou au déjeuner. Dans la 1re suite qui nous a été offerte, il y avait une odeur nauséabonde d'égout. On nous assigné une chambre en surclassement qui a fait l'affaire. Par contre, ils ont omis de nous dire qu'il fallait rechanger de chambre le 2e soir. La chambre offerte le 2e soir ne correspondait pas à notre réservation, en plus d'avoir un lavabo de salle de bain qui fuyait, et une vue sur l'envers de panneaux commerciaux. Expérience client médiocre. Personnel amateur. Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne conseillons à personne.
