I never checked in. The front desk clerk saud that because I have no credit card, I cant check in. I want a refund of $227.40 that I paid online to Expedia. It was paid by debit. If you dont refund me Im calling the police and charging Expedia and this hotel with theft, filing a lawsuit, notifying the public.

The hotel was an excellent find. The staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet, and the fact that a hotel that didn’t cost very much as far as Montreal standards go, took the time to make sure the rooms were kept clean every day with fresh linen, and cleaning everything in the room. A welcome change from other hotels that only clean when requested now. Definitely would go back again.

No bottled water anywhere. Breakfast buffet is really busy. Hotel room floor was dirty enough to turn socks black. But the place on a whole is great. Nice and quiet. Lots of restaurants very close by.
