I stayed one night at the Radisson Montreal Airport for a short layover. My flight arrived late at night and I had an early morning departure. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Terrt, was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal for a short rest. One suggestion for improvement: the signage from the reception to the rooms (and vice versa) could be clearer, especially given the large size of the hotel. Overall, a good and convenient stay for transit passengers

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is under construction but the staff were very good at helping people with their needs. So glad I stayed here. And the room was very clean comfortable and quiet !!!

Room assigned was not made up. Second room had garbage left. Rooms are very dark - seem to be missing lights. Hotel is under renovation and the price did not reflect the inconvenience. It is located in an industrial area with few facilities close by.

In town for the weekend for the F1 race. The front staff desk was super kind. The one thing that made the weekend hard was we never had the room cleaned. Saturday night we asked the front desk staff if the crew could stop by Sunday while we were out and refresh the towels/bring more garbage bags and such. But unfortunately when we returned Sunday evening they had not and we were stuck chasing towels and garbage bags for our garbage can. The front desk staff was super kind and offered a remedy but we already had plans and politely declined. Otherwise the hotel wasn’t bad.

Great staff, invaluable and nice. The facilities were well-maintained, and the room was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend the Radisson as it offers a wonderful place to bring children and easy access to downtown Montreal through a shuttle. By the way, the mattress was so comfortable. Will choose it again for my next visit.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The hotel is in terrible shape overall, and the room we stayed in had a persistent, awkward smell that made it uncomfortable to relax. The air conditioning unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages and functioned inconsistently, making the room stuffy and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the bathroom was particularly concerning. The bathtub was dirty, the floor had hair all over it, and the corners were visibly grimy. To make matters worse, there was no exhaust fan, which left the bathroom damp and musty. We expected a much higher standard of hygiene and maintenance. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
