Furniture was banged up. Curtin in bathroom at base was stained.No coffee bullets on tray.Safe in room was locked. A/C unit was noisy. Cleaning staff wasn't friendly NO HELLO. Recommendations, bottled water, teach cleaning staff to be more friendly at least saw hello, in the lobby why charge $2.00 for a coffee that you have to make yourself.

The staff are very nice and the rooms are clean too. I like the location because it makes it easier for me to run my errands and I like the fact that there is free self parking. The only problem I have with it is that there is no soundproof and so you can hear others talking from the rooms next to you. But I love it overall and this was my third time lodging there and I will still be going back there.

The breakfast is not included however, the restaurant is very nice and the service is good. Coffee is available all day in the lobby and in your room. Hotel allowed us to have an early check-in and check-out due to our travel schedule. We will certainly use Hotel Ruby Foo again when we are in Montreal.

I used to stay here 30+ yrs ago and it was a luxury facility but now it has deteriorated so much that I will not stay here again. The room was next to Declare main road and it was noisy all day and night even with window closed.
