New hotel very close to airport with a shuttle. Very clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant very nice and clean. Staff were very pleasant there also! The menu is a bit pricy for what was delivered. Eg. had no bread as described on the menu as coming with meal.

Overall, the hotel was fine. It was clean, relatively close to the airport, and nothing was very wrong with the room. It also offered decent value for the price. It is situated next to a parking garage so that may or may not be convenient if you are using it (but maybe they offer park and fly?) The issue we had is the service is atrociously bad, especially when it comes to the airport shuttle. they hire a third party company to go from the airport to the hotel at the 15s and 45s (so 10:15, 10:45, 11:15, etc.). After a very long day, we arrived at were at the door for the shuttle (same door for all the hotel shuttles) at 10:47pm. Shoot...we just missed them. Then 11:15pm came and nothing...we see a couple of other hotel shuttles pass by twice. We call at 11:20pm to make sure it is coming. We're told to just wait he'll be there, at worse, in about 5-10 minutes. We were told there's a lot of traffic. This is at 11:20pm on a friday night, when we've seen multiple other shuttles pass by. Fast forward to 11:40pm and still no shuttle. We call again and they just say "we don't own the shuttle...he should be there." And nothing else..no apologies, no offer to pick us up...nothing. He shows up at 11:47pm....then the shuttle driver COMPLAINS TO THE PEOPLE IN THE SHUTTLE that "someone called the hotel about me being late...don't know what that's about." I speak up and say "it's because you didn't show up at 11:15pm and we had no clue if you were still running." He gives some absolutely
