Imagine spending good money to get an upgraded room and ending up getting stuck in one half of an adjoining room. This is what happened to me. Wouldn't of been a problem other than the fact there was a family of four in the next room and they were noisy AF. Having that door there was just like having them in the same room as far as noise goes. A family should never have been placed in an adjoining room. Overall, the hotel was noisy anyways. Constant stomping from above. Additionally, no complimentary breakfast. They charge 11$ and tax for the same type of food other places give away for free. The area around the hotel is terrible. Lot's of homeless and weird people. It is on the wrong end of St. Catherine's street. Lot's of food options around however and there is even a small supermarket in the building. I won't be back because they did me dirty on the adjoining room.

This hotel was extremely clean and very conveniently attached to a full grocery store, Starbucks and food court. Located only one block from a main subway station that services three different metro lines. My family and I enjoyed our stay here

I have had good experiences in hyatt montreal before, but this time the toilet was faulty in my room. The flush keeps running every 10-15 min and making a noise. It was so disturbing to sleep in the room due to faulty flush. Also I asked the front desk for a toothpaste and brush, they told me they will send to the room, but it never came. Other than that the place was clean and beds were comfortable. Thank you

Poor signage for how to get from the underground patking to the hotel elevator. Other than that our stay was fantastic. Francois was a pleasure to deal with upon check in and anytime I saw hotel staff they were very pleasent and welcoming and always said hello. I will recommend for any friends visiting Montreal

Pleasant first stay

The hotel room was comfortable and the staff all very friendly. One of them even lent me her personal umbrella when I had to go out in the rain! The gym was clean with a big TV and phone chargers. Two of the icemakers didn't function while I was there, and the staff said they would check on them. The area is convenient to the train but the homelessness in Montreal was palpable when walking around the area; this being said, I never felt threatened. and there are nice places in the area. It is certainly quieter here than in the center of "downtown." There is a market, pharmacy, and coffee shop contained within the same building, which I found very convenient. It was also very easy to get here from the airport on the 747 bus. I would stay here again.

Went with children, it was close by to malls and dining locations that we walked everywhere. The room and breakfast and staff and everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Pool is small and towels are not always replenished in time, but I asked front desk and they brought some. The only hiccup was parking, very low ceilings, SUVs may have trouble getting in and out. And there was limited spots. We were hoping to commute around the city, but due to limited parking, we parked and walked.
