Lovely modern hotel in downtown Montreal. Close to get to old Montreal. Enjoyed the high floor and views of the city. Room was spacious enough for 2 people and clean with modern decor. Pull out couch definitely not comfortable to sleep on but good to have as a seating area. Lobby is modern and well done

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Elevator failed, stairwell wasn't accessible until emergency crews showed up. A large convention group jammed the elevator, which left other guests with no access temporarily. Beds were very firm and linens too crisp. Just a thin coverlet between sheets was adequate, but a little cool and not comfortable. Barn doors on bathrooms are a poor choice, and I will fight this design trend until it dies! At least fix the 1" gap! Good access to transit, but we arrived on day 2 of a strike. Our timing could be better!

Overpriced for what you get. Pool is tiny with 2 shallow ends and a deep spot in the middle. Someone was doing private lessons while we were there. Gym is tiny, unimpressive. Air system is noisy at night, made it hard to sleep. Staff were not particularly friendly. Never responded to queries prior to trip, even when Expedia intervened.

The hotel doesn’t provide any of the basic amenities expected of a 4 star hotel, no disposable slippers, bathrobes or even umbrellas to borrow. The location is fine and transit was convenient, but the cleaning staff did accidentally throw out my sleeping mask I left on the bed and that was upsetting to me because now I have to continue my trip without it. Also quite dusty in the corners which makes me think that the cleaning team is most likely understaffed.

This was my first time planning a trip with Expedia and it was excellent. I got a pretty decent deal on my hotel. The hotel was very clean and quiet, convenient to get around easily on the metro. Staff were friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely stay here again.
