A good hotel

The hotel and our room was very clean. The hot breakfasts were varied and plentiful supplies of food and drink items were appreciated. Staff was courteous. All day coffee was convenient. Everything from TV to ample shower amenities like shampoo. Ample car parking was included.

Firstly i booked the hotel on the spot and i paid with cash and pay extra for early check in... all in cash i don't have problem with anything but i gave them a credit card for just the deposit and specifically told them that i wanna use the credit card only for deposit as i pay the in cash. But they charged me for the hotel from the credit card when i told them they have to give the money back i almost spend more than 1000 dollar for 2 days but the supervisor and anyone from the management did not pick the phone and we have to take the flight. We had nothing. They just said we can't do anything. It was terrible. I am very disappointed that they have charged me double and they were not even try to make things right. Such a poor management. The supervisor had their shift at 7 but they were not picking up the calls we waited for almost 40 to 50 mints.. but they didn't gave any solution. .. terrible experience

Mon séjour a été agréable. J’ai même reçu un surclassement suite à une promesse de la gestionnaire. Le personnel a été très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner offre une variété contrairement aux fois passés. Je viens très souvent dans cette hôtel et j’y reviendrai.
