People were great, only things are when you advertise that your an airport hotel it should be without question that a shuttle would be provided to airport, road noise was quite loud

The room was okay,,but beds were not comfortable! The pool was very cold, and the staff were not very friendly at all. There was 10 of us there and a family of 5 was not treated well at all coming down to the booking. They asked for a room with 2 queen bed and did not get that at all. I waited in like to get checked in and the person at the check in desk took someone else in front of me. Pool was always out of towels as well
