Good property, but noisy
Nice hotel, brand new (opened for 1.5 months when I stayed) so clean. Room was bigger than expected, probably due to minimalistic design which I actually appreciate. Everything I needed was available, welcome drink was appreciated on a hot humid day.
Few things however kinda ruined the experience for me:
1) A/C in the room was beyond loud, like really loud, probably in my top 10 loudest in over 600 hotel stays, which is not to be expected with a brand new hotel. I've had PTACs right next to beds that were 10 times quieter than whatever this system was. I had to shut down AC at night, temperature in the room went from 18 to 24.
2) Floor was cleaned and then room cleaning went back in the bathroom for some reason, you could tell by the prints on the ceramic... so clean floors probably had whatever was under their shoe sole dragged back on them which is probably not that big of a deal for a new hotel but still...you would expect to do everything in the room and then clean the floors as you move out, leaving only clean floors for the guests to walk on. That being said the room was super clean, that is me being picky.
