Very confusing location, area is not the best as there are no restaurants around. Seemed lole a lot of people smoking in the front driveway. Room was tiny and outdated. Had a musky smell to it. Had to walk really far from the parking lot to the main doors, there should be a side or back entrance atleast especially in bad weather. Staff was very friendly though.

The "hot" and "cold" taps were swapped on the sink, (so cold water came out when using the "hot" knob and vice verse), the internet barely worked on any of my devices, the iron in our room was defective and just sprayed water, there was a greasy palm print on the bed's backboard, the toilet didn't flush properly

Do not book this hotel. As a frequent traveler, this by far is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever endured. Upon arrival, security and additional staff were in the lobby and front entrance of the property. Numerous hotel guests were heavily intoxicated, wandering around the parking lot and throughout the property. Staff were dismissive and unwelcoming when questioned about property amenities. Upon entering our 2 queen bed room, we immediately noticed one of the beds was basically resting on the floor with no base or headboard. The bed was essentially a mattress laying on the floor with 2 pillows resting against the wall. In total, we stayed at 5 different hotel properties during this 12 day trip. I have never taken the time to review a hotel until today, but felt compelled to make others aware of our experience with this property. There are dozens of other issues we could also address, but honestly if you value your safety while traveling, this property is a hard pass!!

We stayed here because we had an over night layover, and they made it easy because they offer a free airport shuttle. the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have, there we alot of people smoking by the front door and despite there being no smoking/no cannabis signs, the was a very strong cannabis oder as soon as we got off of the elevator. One in our party has asthma, so that was not appreciated...

Overall, it was good. The place was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that the refrigerator didn’t work. But it was clean. The breakfast had the same options both mornings, with no variety. There was an elevator and quick access to the parking lot.

A Disturbed Night at the Hotel I had a truly bizarre experience at this hotel around 3:40 AM. I was in a deep sleep when the room phone rang. I groggily answered, and a voice asked, "Hey, are you [my name]?" I confirmed it was me and asked what the problem was. The person just said "okay" and hung up. About two minutes later, the phone rang again, with the same question: "Hey, are you [my name]?" By this point, I was frustrated. I told them, "Yes, it's 3:40 AM, what's going on? You're waking me up!" Again, they simply replied "okay" and hung up. This left me feeling very unsettled, so I immediately called reception. The same voice answered, identifying himself as security. He claimed everything was fine and that he didn't know who would have called or why. The rest of the night, I was on edge and couldn't sleep well. First thing in the morning, I went to the reception to inquire further, but no one seemed to have any explanation for the calls. It's concerning that someone knew my name and room number, and that the hotel staff couldn't account for these calls. Given my strange night, if you're staying at this hotel, I'd recommend unplugging the room phone to ensure an undisturbed night's sleep. Otherwise, you might find yourself with a similar unsettling experience.

I think my shuttle driver was falling asleep when he drove me to airport I had to tap the window to open van door that should have been my first clue. Area seems sketchy room was clean people fairly friendly no printer ink in business center all I got was a shrug from the front desk person when I asked him

This hotel is nothing like what appears in the photos. It was dirty, and many things on the property were broken — including the entrance gate to the parking area. The parking spaces were extremely small. Housekeeping didn’t respect that we were in the room and came in anyway. At the front desk, they didn’t even know when check-in or check-out times were. Some of the reception staff were friendly, but others were not at all. They clearly have zero knowledge of hospitality. The breakfast was cold and tasteless. The eggs looked like they were floating in some kind of white liquid — absolutely unappetizing. The only decent thing at breakfast was the bread with jam. Out of the four nights I had booked, I was only able to stay one night because it simply wasn’t what I expected.

Scary

The hotel was full of drunk and loud people. The security fence was broken. The security gards stank weed. Police officers were all over the place so we got worried (and ambulances in the morning). The hotel is not easily accessible from the highway. Kind of hard to find food in the neighbourhood late at night.
