We paid for a deluxe king room. It was big, but picture they showed, includes a sofa or armchair in the room. It was only one desk chair and me or my husband for whole week of stay had to seat on the bed, because no other chair was available. We asked stuff twice about it and they promised, that will provide another chair, but didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even tell us that they have no chair available. That was ridiculous. Breakfast for two was $57.00 and all they had was cold boiled eggs and one nasty ham and cheese sandwich, worst than fast food places have… Room service for cleaning was very nice.

Recently renovated hotel and good value for the price. I liked the indirect lighting around the mirror in the bathroom but spent 5 minutes looking for the switch. (It’s a tap on the mirror in the lower middle that is hard to see). Putting an on/off label it wouldn’t be missed. Also paint the lift numbers in the lift something other than black. Everyone had to stoop down and get close to find the correct floor. Annoying. Finally, mount the in room safes to the wall or closet. The safes are small enough someone could fit it in a suitcase.

Impossible to regulate air conditioning. Too hot much of the time, or freezing cold. No bureaus or drawers in the room except one small drawer in the bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Cold buffet breakfast $25, we didn’t try. Bar only open 5-10 pm.

A perfect stay. Staff was warm, friendly and engaging. Valet service were exceptional. Took car of unloadng car, parking, bags to room. We got there earlier than check in and had a lovely lunch at the hotel restaurant. Room was clean, quite and very large. Bathroom was a little small. My stay was delightful.

First and foremost, the windows don't open and there is no fresh air. The AC isn't cold enough and there is no way to keep the fan on; it turns on and off annoyingly. No art in the room. Scented air in the room is abrasive to the nose. The room service menu is a QR code. Handle on the toilet falls off in your hand.
