Our stay

We found service from Emma was excellent . She was very helpful and caring . We had some issues with water clogged with the bathtub and she changed our room. The place is convenient walking distance to MRT station and free parking .

This property is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Bathrooms were dirty and the place looked pretty rundown. The saving grace was the location( close to the subway). We had to change rooms as the bed in the first room looked soiled and the bathroom was terrible and the 2nd room wasn’t much better. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. If I come back to the area again I will be looking for another hotel. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is terrible and I wanted others to be aware of it.

The overall stay was fine, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the washroom. It did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, which affected my comfort during the stay. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards, especially in the bathrooms, as cleanliness is a key part of the guest experience.

I had to change rooms during my stay because the original room was not clean. Despite the lack of any special complimentary services or room amenities, I was charged an $80 deposit at check-in. No clear explanation was provided regarding when or how this deposit would be refunded upon check-out, which was very inconvenient. I also sent multiple emails to the hotel, but received no prompt or satisfactory response. Due to this overall poor experience, I do not plan to stay at a Sandman Hotel again in the future.

They really need to work on their hygiene in the building. A switch in the washroom really had a gunk on it. Blankets smelling typically old. Really old AC/Heater. And when I turned ON the heater it smells like something burning.

Very friendly staff. Nice room. Clean. Washroom very clean. Stain on carpet. Chair upholstery showing use. But I would never sit on one anyways. For a fair priced hotel, very good stay.
