We really liked staying here. The property was clean. Reception staff were friendly. There were available ubers and taxis nearby. This was in central downtown so we were able to walk to a lot of places. Also a metro station less than 500m away. They also have a balcony which was nice and amazing views of the city. The pool closes at nine but it would be nice if it closed a bit later. We needed new sheets in the middle of the night because there was a blood stain that we didn’t notice earlier on the comforter that wasn’t ours and the security guard asked us to come back in the morning. Would’ve been nice to have those services accessible during the night too in case of emergencies. The guests were quiet but it is in the city so of course there was noise from traffic and the city. A lot of good food places and shopping areas around. There was also a laundry machine in our room which was really helpful. There was no proper shower door (walk in shower) so the floor got wet often and we frequently had to put towels on the floor (annoying but not a deal breaker). The room was nicely furnished. There’s also an option to have room service but depends on how many days you stay — we didn’t use it but would be helpful to use during the stay. Nice to have dishes, cups and utensils too — helped a lot with take out food. There’s also a full kitchen and that was helpful as well. Felt like living in an apartment — home away from home.
