Although we didnt use all of the amenities, it was great to have a full kitchen and a washer & dryer to launder clothes. It was walking distance to almost everything too. It felt new and upscale. Will definitely look for another Sonder next time i travel

Good location. Great price. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was the sound outside the hotel. There were some huge vents on the top of the building across which I know they can do nothing about it. I guess that is why they give you some earplugs. Overall it is a great place. I will come back. Spacious and incredibly convenient, this place combines the comfort of an apartment with the luxury of a hotel. The on-site gym is well-equipped and easily accessible, while the dry and wet saunas provide the perfect way to unwind. Loved it!!

We loved our stay! Super clean, lots of towels, enough kitchen ware to make simple meals. We were provided with enough tea and coffee for our stay. We found the couches a bit uncomfortable but definilty not a deal breaker. The saunas were clean, gym was clean with wonderful views of the city. I’m not one for city driving so I parked my vehicle upon arrival and was able to walk to shops, grocery, museums and other touristy things.

Great locate. Very busy with lots of people and night life. Very modern and clean room. The saunas and gym were great. The only down fall is the room was cold and we could not adjust the temperature in the room. They sent is up a little heater to help warm up the space.

Everything was wonderful until the elevator broke. This wasn't the hotels fault but they did very little to accommodate the guests. Seniors and families with small children/babies with strollers etc were stuck walking up 40 flights of stairs. The hotel staff did nothing to ensure the guests safety on the stairs. I brought my elderly parents (both have health conditions that prevent them from being able to manage this amount of stairs). We eventually got moved to a lower floor but not after having to make a stern complaint and after expressing a number of times about my concerns with my parents and other elderly people staying there. We were moved to cheaper room, which is fine, but nothing was offered to show any kind of consideration for the people who spent good money to stay there. My parents didn't leave the room for two days because they couldn't manage the stairs - even on the lower floor (still 10 flights). I will seriously consider if I'd stay there again. Everything else was wonderful.

The room that I stayed in was very large, with two bedrooms. It had a great view and a balcony. Two weeks later, my wife stayed in the same property. She said she could touch the two walls with her arms in her room. So, the building was great, but I was simply lucky about the room.

Parking was available, a bit expensive but very convenient! The walls were very scuffed in the unit although its because the paint was "contractor grade". All and all it was very clean and a fabulous location. I would stay again with hesitation!
