L’endroit est propre mais les employés, ça laisse à désiré. Lors de mon arrivée, l’employé du soir m’a chargé deux fois le dépôt de sécurité. À mon checkout le lendemain, l’employé sur place me dit qu’elle peut rien faire et que le dépôt sera fait dans 3 à 5 jours ouvrables sans pouvoir me confirmer que les deux dépôts me seront retourner. Après avoir demandé de parler à la directrice, on m’a dit que ce serait réglé pour le lendemain. Bref, trois jours plus tard j’ai dû téléphoner à ma banque. D’ailleurs ni l’employé ni la directrice n’a cru bon de s’excuser de la situation. Bref, c’est facile de prendre plus d’argent que prévu sur la carte des clients mais de rembourser c’est plus difficile visiblement.

The hotel needs a refresher. Breakfast area is too small every morning we had to squeeze in to get food and take to our room since we could not sleep. The quiet hour rules are not enforced so we noisy people up and down the hall until 1:00 am. This was my third stay and not sure I will come back.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay, particularly with Martine Desjardins, the manager overseeing housekeeping and maintenance. The hotel was severely understaffed, and basic services were lacking. Rooms were not cleaned daily, and I had to repeatedly go downstairs just to request fresh towels. While using the dining area for a Zoom call, I informed the staff of my situation, but those having lunch nearby were loud and dismissive. I politely asked if they could relocate to help me hear better, as I was struggling, but they refused and responded with a deeply offensive and racist remark, telling me to take my self back to the United States.Although my reservation was for ten days, I was forced to leave after only five due to the hostile environment.
