Tried cancelling 5 minutes after booking, and they wouldn’t give me a refund. What happened to Buyer’s Remorse? Really a shame, definitely won’t be staying here any time soon.

I booked this hotel, confirmed it was shared washrooms which as an adult is fine to keep the cost down. However with younger kids we weren't comfortable with that. When asked for a refund 5 MINS! after booking they kept the entire large amount of funds and when calling no one seemed to have the ability to help with this. I am disgusted with this property. We walked it to see how it was and the shared bathrooms were disgusting. DO NOT book this place unless you want to support a business who gives no care for service.

Do not book this hotel. It was a complete rip-off and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There is no elevator, the rooms are on the third floor, the bathrooms are outside the rooms and very dirty, there is no air conditioning, the bedsheets were dirty, and the place was extremely noisy.
