Yes, the staff were very courteous. However, the room could have had better lighting, as it only had two table lamps. Although the hotel offered all the necessary amenities, the room itself could have been more spacious. We stayed for two days, and the breakfast menu remained the same throughout, which became a bit monotonous.

The property was posting a missleading photos about the room size, I had a queen bed size, with extremely small room & limited space to move + extra small bathroom with annoying extract fan that forcebly connected to the light switch. The house keeping staff are so annoying during there morning rooms' cleaning, disregarding any sleeping guests that came in holiday to rest. The entire building accoustic is so bad.

Rooms are too small and there is no main light for the room other than bed lams, also air conditioning was too noisy couldn't sleep at night so i checked out 1day early

Staff were helpful when needing information or when on an early morning day trip and they arranged a breakfast box to go. Location is very central to all major hubs and a good shopping precinct across the road with a few good restaurants.

Restaurant offering - Poor Travelodge only offered breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, and the breakfast was continental Vending Machine - Poor There was one vending machine for the entire hotel, the vending machine wasn’t stocked and the offering was limited at best Housekeeping - Excellent. They cleaned the rooms on time and there were very efficient. Parking - Cumbersome Staff - GENERALLY, good. But I had one staff member, I think on Thursday Nov 13 and she was TERRIBLE. Didn’t open the parking gate TWICE when I asked for assistance and instead told me how I should be opening it. Assigned my parking to my mother who was NOT the driver. I booked 2 rooms, we had 4 keys, the attendant assigned 4 keys to ONE room 😵‍💫, and then when I asked her to assign 2 keys to mother in 1017 and the other 2 and parking to me in room 1020; and the attendant did the EXACT opposite. Everyone outside of her was great. But yeah, if we could work on the amenities, that would be helpful.

La chambre était très propre, l'emplacement est très bien. Vous pouvez vous stationner dans la rue juste après l'hôtel (perpendiculaire à René-Lévesque) pour faire le check-in ensuite l'accès au stationnement de l'hôtel est disponible seulement une fois que vous avez payé à la réception... mais vous devrez refaire le tour du quartier pour pouvoir revenir au stationnement qui se trouve juste avant l'hôtel sur René-Lesvesque.
