The property was conveniently located the room and surrounding areas very clean. Front desk agent was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Fan in the bathroom and AC unit in room was louder than normal.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were kept clean. The hotel is in a great spot for walking the city. Parking is expensive, but it’s nice too have a warm and safe place for the car.

Room too small to fit 3 persons including uncomfortable hanging bed Heat was not working in the restaurant during breakfast time and it was really cold; when I complained about it, the empoyee replied she had the flu because of it We had no access to the bathroom at the restaurant because it was out of order Breakfast was too poor (only boiled eggs & croissant) conpared to was is being offered under different windham hotels chain Cornflaks corner was empty and was not refilled In sum our stay was terrible We do not recommend itat all Overpriced to what you get in return!
