The location is close to Metro and REM line to access downtown Montreal. It takes a bit of a hike to the building as it is located on a hill. The building is old, they need some plumbing work. The sink in the room is good, but it drains slowly. I reported one of the showers had no hot water and the other didn’t drain properly on a Thursday, by the following Monday nothing was fixed. It was an OK stay.

The property was extremely dirty. We had to request that the washroom be cleaned 6 times because someone threw up all over it. It took 2.5 days to get someone to do any cleaning.
