This boutique motel was perfect for our overnight stay. It is decorated well, very clean, easy access from car and to locate. We loved the extra ammenities in the lobby. This was a great stay and I would recommend.

Smallest room ever

Could not even unload our luggage barely had enough room to walk in front of the bed. It was clean will give them that but will never pay almost $200 again to stay there.

Great value for the price. The room smelled a little weird and the TV was difficult to use, but you get what you pay for. They’ve done a good job trying to make an old motel seem cute, and the staff was excellent.

The hotel was I. Town so convenient for meals. Also close to the South Rim of Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The room was recently renovated but was comfortable and roomy.

Fine for basic lodging being clean, comfortable, and mainly quiet in the rooms away from the road. Only real complaint was very lower water pressure in the shower, sink pressure was just fine.

It is conveniently located just outside of town. When there was a mistake as to picking up the key, the issue was quickly resolved. The one thing that we could not overlook was the substantial downslope in the floor, running from the door to the bathroom. My elderly mother with a bad knee and back had a hard time navigating the room because the slope was significant.

Very clean with good amenities. If you have balance issues, be careful with the sloping floors as the building is newly and nicely renovated, but clearly a lot of settling of the foundation.
