Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Traveled from Salt Lake airport to stay at your hotel. Thought we would get some rest once we reach there. Check-in process was quick. Went to the room got fresh and just before going to bed saw the pillow covers and bed sheets had dirty stains on them. Went to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms but desk clerk told you were fully books and gave me clean sheets and said "Sorry" no kind of hospitality. He went back in the office and shut the door WOW. I had to make the bed at a hotel where I paid to stay.
Next when making the bed saw a spider on the bedsheet. I am with my little girl and I for sure dont want her or anyone in my family to get bit by a spider. Inspected the whole room to make sure there were no other unwanted guests in the room. I did find a crushed can of a beer under the bed.
Next morning i showed the picture of the spider to the lady at the front desk and asked her to have housekeeping do a detail clean of the room and she said she will put it on the schedule. Came back to the room at the end of the day and room was still the way we left. Stayed 5 days in the same room and there was no housekeeping done on any of those days. We had to make our own beds before leaving so that we come to a decent bed to sleep on.
Morning breakfast on 1st day was good but juice machine was not working. Next days out of fruits yogurt bread and one of those days there was no coffee. Could not believe that such motels existed.
I gave up asking for anything from the front
