A very low-level place. Lots of things didn't work: the washer and dryer required the employee to turn them on, the water flow in the shower was very weak and it was almost impossible to adjust the temperature (maybe because the original faucet was broken and something inappropriate was put in its place). At breakfast, there was a "not working" sign on the juicer - it seems that this sign has been hanging there for a long time.
