Anyone using a roller blow dryer or flat iron be prepared to be hit with $500 +fees as their smoke vape detector will say that you smoked in their non smoking room. I don’t smoke or vape and management said my rolling blow dryer would not cause a smoke detection. This is an extremely frustrating experience. I’m now in a dispute with the hotel and my credit card company. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The property is nice, the bed was super comfortable. The only complaint I have was the noise. I think there was a wedding party and their guests at the hotel. When they were in the hallway they were pretty loud. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

Wouldn’t refund my money when a family emergency came up- charged me $751 for NOTHING!!! Will NEVER come to this facility, will be feeling all friends and family as well! We had a great two night stay while attending friend's wedding. The hotel is conveniently located in the the nice area of Montvale. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the on-site restaurant and bar is a great addition to the property.
