Positives first - comfy bed - central location BUT unfortunately the downsides of this property far outweighed these. Negatives: - the flat was not clean, particularly the carpets - 24/7 building noise most days made the balcony unusable most of the time. (it’s in Oaks River City and overlooked the huge building site for the new Albert Street station) - the flat smelt awful (from the carpets and lingering damp) - the general foyer smelt awful (probably from the bin chute) - the agent / host was mostly uncommunicative - the bathroom was grubby and only one light worked - the towels were threadbare - no ventilation in the bathroom - kitchen cooking pots etc were old, unclean ans worn. It’s a Shame as with more care and attention it could be a good place (apart from the building site for the next couple of years or so). The host told us about the carpets by email just minutes before we checked in, along with some other issues. They pointed out it takes 24 hours to dry them, and even if it was less, sorting them out during our stay would not have worked. We won’t stay again and unfortunately can’t recommend it.

As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.

Great apartment. Very convenient location. Clean. Accessible. We had some problems with the basin plugs in both bathrooms, but that didn't detract from our stay. We'd love to use this accommodation again.

It has charm but room difficult in terms of size and lift noise. Staff excellent and Brekky great

Very convenient and well maintained units with little extras than others around the area
