Unique Discreet Hidden Entrance.

Large comfortable king size bed with top quality linens. Has a twin size memory foam mattress you can pull out of the closet if you have a 3rd person and a comfortable couch that you could easily fall asleep on. There is an oversized bathtub if you enjoy a nice warm bubble bath. 58” TV in the bedroom and a 55” TV in the living room. The TV’s have Netflix, YouTube, and Peacock installed. An assigned pin will get you entry access and there is no need to have a facThe apartment is walking distance to Moorhead State Campus, 2 blocks from Vic’s bar, a block away from a park where there is a playground, swings, and basketball court. Walking distance from `The Freeze`, which has fast food ice cream. Half mile from grocery store, liquor store, gas station, & Dairy Queen or Subway. It is in a neighborhood where there is a mix of low income apartment housing, single family homes, and a block away from a trailer court. It’s not in an upscale neighborhood. There is a Jefferson Lines stop about 2 blocks away. Only a 4 minute Uber to downtown Fargo.
No smoking, anyone caught smoking will be charged a $250 fine. Pets are only allowed if you pay the $50 pet fee. No more than 3 adults per booking, there is an exception for a family with more than one child. Please wash dishes and take out all garbage. Please put all used towels in a pile.

Clean but location is in a rougher neighborhood. We didn’t sleep well as there was a crying baby on the other side of our bedroom wall and it is also near the train tracks. We appreciated the closeness to the things we needed in Moorhead, but when we walked in we got the feeling it was a love pad. Lots of candles available and mood music playing? If this is what you are looking for, you’re in luck! We appreciated the Keurig for a morning cup of coffee to go with the little fireplace heater and a blanket. Thanks!
